An honors graduate of UC Berkeley and Harvard Law School, Neil Shouse helps people injured on the job to recover the maximum compensation for their
- medical bills,
- rehabilitation,
- lost wages and
- temporary or permanent disability.
Attorney Shouse began his legal career at the global law firm Sidley & Austin, where he represented large insurance companies in workers’ compensation defense litigation. He learned the inner workings of the workers’ comp system, especially from the defense side, and insight that he uses today when representing job injury victims.
Next, attorney Shouse spent five years as a Los Angeles Deputy District Attorney, where he tried more than 70 jury trials to verdict. He developed critical courtroom, advocacy and trial skills.
Today, attorney Shouse fights for individual workers who have been injured or even killed in the workplace.
